Admin Panel

A no-code machine learning environment for generating predictive insights from process data. Build, train, validate, and deploy predictive models without data science expertise.

Users


The default landing page of the Admin Panel. View all registered users with: First Name, Last Name, Designation, Department, Roles, Status, and Actions.

Creating a New User

  • Click Create New User.
  • Enter user details and assign appropriate role(s).
  • Click Save User Details. An invitation email is sent to the user.

Bulk User Management

Click Bulk Update → select multiple users → choose Activate Access or Deactivate Access → click Save Settings.

ℹ️ The selected Event Log cannot be modified after model creation begins.

Roles


RoleDescription
AdminFull platform access. Cannot be edited or deleted.
Super UserCan view published processes and processes they own. Cannot be edited or deleted.
Light UserView-only access. Cannot be edited or deleted.

Creating a Custom Role

  • Click Create New Role.
  • Enter a role name and select required screen permissions.
  • Click Save Role.

⚠️ A role cannot be deleted if users are currently assigned to it. Reassign all users first before deleting a custom role.

License & System Usage


Monitor resource consumption and licensing compliance:

  • License Type – Current FUTUROOT license
  • APC Consumption – Allocated and utilized storage
  • License Timeline – Activation and expiry dates
  • Process Usage – Processes created vs. maximum allowed
  • User Usage – Admin, Super User, and Light User counts

Extend License (Trial)

During the final 10 days of your license period, a Remaining Days counter appears. Click Extend License, complete the feedback questionnaire, and submit. If approved, a new license period is assigned.

Audit Logs


Centralized audit trail of activities. Logged information: User, Process Name, Object Name, Object Type, Object Status, Timestamp.

Tracked actions: Object Created, Viewed, Updated, Activated, Deactivated, and Published.

Ownership


Manage ownership of objects — particularly useful when users leave the organization.

Reassigning Ownership

  • Click Assign under the Actions column.
  • Select a new owner from the user list.
  • Choose: Transfer only the selected object, or Transfer all objects of the same type.
  • Click Assign.

⚠️ Deleting objects from the Ownership screen is permanent and may impact associated processes, dashboards, reports, or configurations.
