FUTUROOT Marketplace
The Marketplace is your centralized hub for accelerating process mining initiatives through ready-to-use solutions. Deploy complete Process Suites with minimal configuration using the Plug n Play capability.
Access via the FUTUROOT Marketplace module from the main navigation menu.
What is Plug n Play?
Deploy pre-built process mining solutions with minimal configuration. Each Process Suite includes: Pre-built ETL logic, Standard process definitions, Industry-aligned KPIs, Dashboards and visualizations, Data models, transformations, and Event Log generation logic.
Supported processes include: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
Importing a Process Suite
Select a suite, click Import to FUTUROOT. The installation wizard runs in two steps:
- Configure Data Connection – Select an existing connection or create a new one. Currently supports SAP JAR Connector connections.
- Install the Suite – Enter a Process Name, review configuration, click Install.
FUTUROOT installs: Data Extraction configs, Data Transformation logic, Event Log structure, KPIs, Dashboards, Process definitions, and supporting metadata.
Monitoring Installation Progress
After installation starts, FUTUROOT redirects to the Installation Activity Logs page showing installation progress, completed activities, execution status, and system logs. Once complete, the suite status changes to Installed.
Data Pipeline
Clicking the Installed hyperlink navigates to the Data Pipeline screen — a centralized section within Extraction that manages all Marketplace-installed solutions. View installed suites, monitor execution status, trigger ETL or TL executions.
Running the Data Pipeline
