FUTUROOT Marketplace
The Marketplace is your centralized hub for accelerating process mining initiatives through ready-to-use solutions. Deploy complete Process Suites with minimal configuration using the Plug n Play capability.
The Marketplace offers a collection of pre-built process mining assets, including:
- Industry-standard Process Suites
- Pre-configured KPIs
- Dashboards and Reports
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) configurations
- Connectors and Data Pipelines
With the Marketplace, organizations can significantly reduce implementation effort and start analyzing business processes faster using FUTUROOT’s Plug n Play capability.
Accessing FUTUROOT Marketplace
To access the Marketplace:
- Navigate to the FUTUROOT Marketplace module from the main navigation menu.
- The Marketplace home page displays all available Process Suites.
- Browse the available solutions and select the suite that best matches your business requirements.
Each suite provides information about the process, available KPIs, dashboards, and implementation scope.
What is Plug n Play?
The Plug n Play feature allows users to deploy pre-built process mining solutions with minimal configuration.
Instead of manually creating data connections, extractors, transformations, KPIs, dashboards, and process structures, users can install a complete process suite and begin their process mining journey in just a few steps.
Each Process Suite typically includes:
- Pre-built ETL logic
- Standard process definitions
- Industry-aligned KPIs
- Dashboards and visualizations
- Data models and transformations
- Event Log generation logic
This enables organizations to quickly start analyzing commonly used business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Payable, and more.
Importing a Process Suite
Select a suite, click Import to FUTUROOT. The installation wizard runs in two steps:
- Configure Data Connection – Select an existing connection or create a new one. Currently supports SAP JAR Connector connections.
- Install the Suite – Enter a Process Name, review configuration, click Install.
FUTUROOT installs: Data Extraction configs, Data Transformation logic, Event Log structure, KPIs, Dashboards, Process definitions, and supporting metadata.
Monitoring Installation Progress
After installation starts, FUTUROOT automatically redirects you to the Installation Activity Logs page.
This screen provides detailed information about:
- Installation progress
- Completed activities
- Current execution status
- Success and error messages
- System logs
Users can monitor the entire installation process in real time. Once the installation is successfully completed, the suite status changes to Installed.
Data Pipeline
After installation, clicking the Installed hyperlink will navigate you to the Data Pipeline screen. The Data Pipeline is a dedicated section within the Extraction module that manages all Marketplace-installed solutions.
The Data Pipeline serves as a centralized location where users can:
- View installed Process Suites
- Monitor execution status
- Trigger ETL or TL executions
- Manage installed pipelines
- Track processing history
Each installed suite appears as a separate pipeline entry containing all associated configuration details.
Running the Data Pipeline
At this stage, the Process Suite has been successfully installed and a corresponding Process Card is automatically created on the FUTUROOT Dashboard. However, no business data has been loaded yet.
To populate the process with data, execute one of the available pipeline actions.

Viewing Process Insights
Once the ETL or TL execution completes successfully:
- The Process Card is populated with business data.
- KPIs become available.
- Dashboards are generated.
- Process visualizations are activated.
- Process Analytics becomes ready for exploration.
Users can now open the process and begin analyzing performance, conformance, bottlenecks, variants, workforce metrics, and other process insights.
