Monitoring

The Monitoring module enables continuous tracking and analysis of key process KPIs and operational performance metrics. Monitor trends, compare periods, and receive alerts when KPIs exceed thresholds.

Access via Monitoring from the main navigation menu. The module integrates with global filters, so all metrics adjust automatically.

Monitoring KPIs

Two dropdowns at the top-right control the analysis period:

  1. Time Granularity: Year, Quarter, or Month
  2. Time Selection: Specific year, quarter, or month within the granularity

Each KPI card displays the current value, historical comparison, and percentage change vs the previous period.
