Submitting Expense Reports
FUTUROOT is a cloud-based web application accessible via any modern web browser. Login requires two-step authentication for enhanced security.
To access the application, navigate to your FUTUROOT URL and sign in using your registered account credentials.
For enhanced security, FUTUROOT uses a two-step login process:
- Username and Password authentication
- One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to your registered email address
Step 1 – Login Credentials
- Enter your registered email address as the Username
- Enter the password provided by your system administrator.
- Click Log In.
Common Login Errors

"Please enter a valid email address" | Email not registered with FUTUROOT | Contact your system administrator |
"Invalid Credentials" | Incorrect password entered | Click Forgot Password? to reset |
Step 2 – OTP Verification
After clicking Log In, an OTP verification screen appears.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email address.
- Click Log In to access the FUTUROOT application.

If the OTP is not received or has expired, click Resend to generate and send a new OTP.
